  • Who we are.

    We are a small family baking business, established in 2017. Over the years we have evolved into the hidden local hub we are today. We get a kick out of seeing the same friendly faces, day by day, year on year. Our customers have grown along we us, it’s truly something special to be a part of. We’ve weathered a (sometimes literal) storm or two but our love of the game keeps us baking on.

  • What we do.

    We bake traditionally made pastry- based creations onsite 7 days a week. The variety and direction of the menu follows owner baker Emily’s mood, the season and what her favourite customers tell her they love.

  • Where to find us.

    We are tucked away in a quiet cul de sac in Stafford, Brisbane, surrounded by many other hard-working local small businesses.

  • Why we are different.

    Settling on the language to describe us has always been a little challenging. The words “bakery”, “patisserie” and “cafe” conjure up something pretty standard in most people’s minds. We, however, are a bakery without bread or pies, a patisserie without cakes or macarons, a cafe without eggs on toast or waffles.

    What we do have is industry leading brand Padre coffee along with our house made pastry specialties. We think if you come with an open mind you’ll love what you find.

  • When are we open.

    We are open 7 days a week, closing some public holidays, though open on others. Check out Instagram for the most up to date details on our trading hours.

    Mon to Fri 6:00-11:30

    Sat/Sun 7:00-12:00
